Our Facilitators
Meet Ayeterra’s Licensed Psilocybin Facilitators
Seven facilitators licensed by the State of Oregon, and one in training. You will work with one of them from preparation through integration, and you get to choose.
Ayeterra’s psilocybin facilitators are seven people licensed by the State of Oregon, plus one completing her license, working at licensed service centers in Portland and Ashland and serving clients from Hood River, Eugene, and out of state. Every licensed facilitator completed state-approved training, a practicum, the state exam, and a background check. Every one of them will tell you no when no is the right answer. You are matched with one facilitator after the consultation and work with that person the whole way through.

Not sure who is right for you?
That is what the consultation is for. Tell us where you are, what you are bringing, and any preference about who is in the room. We will suggest a match, and you can meet them before anything is booked.
Book a free consultation Or call 503-713-5644 · Adults 21+How does matching with a facilitator work?
You do not get whoever is free. You get the person who fits, and you can say no.
Four steps, no pressure
- On the free consultation, we ask what format you want, where you are, what you are bringing to the work, and any preference about your facilitator, including male or female.
- We suggest one facilitator, and say why. If you already have someone in mind from this page, say so.
- You can meet them before preparation begins. If it does not feel right, tell us and we will suggest someone else.
- That facilitator stays with you from the first preparation session through the session itself and into integration. No handoffs.
What every Ayeterra facilitator has in common
Backgrounds differ on purpose. The standard does not.
Licensed by the State of Oregon
- State-approved training, an in-person practicum, the state exam, a background check
- Annual renewal with continuing education
- A license number they will give you on the consultation, and that you can verify on the state’s search tool
More preparation than Oregon requires
- Oregon requires one preparation session; every Ayeterra facilitator does more
- Individualized to you, with tools you keep afterward
- Your dose planned together, never decided on the day for you
Integration in every price
- A check-in within 72 hours, as Oregon requires, and an integration session included
- With your consent, coordination with a therapist you already see
- One facilitator from start to finish
Honest with you
- Screening that will say “not yet” or “not this format” when that is the truth
- No promises about outcomes, because no one can make them
- Every price published, including the psilocybin, and sliding-scale access on the consultation
Every price includes preparation beyond Oregon’s one required session, the session room, and integration support.

Sessions happen at licensed service centers in Portland and Ashland. Several facilitators also serve clients from Hood River and Eugene, and people coming from out of state usually fly into Portland or Medford and fold preparation into the trip. Preparation and integration can happen wherever works; the session itself is always at a licensed center.
Questions people ask about the team
Are all of Ayeterra’s facilitators licensed?
Seven of the eight hold an active Oregon psilocybin facilitator license, which requires state-approved training, a practicum, the state regulations exam, and a background check. Jess is completing hers and supports sessions rather than leading them until it is issued. Ask for a license number on the consultation and check it on the Oregon Health Authority’s Search License Status tool.
Can I choose my facilitator?
Yes. We suggest a match after the consultation and explain why, and you can ask for someone else, including a specific person from this page. You can meet your facilitator before preparation begins.
Can I request a male or female facilitator?
Yes. The team includes men and women, and men’s and women’s low-dose groups run separately. Say what you need on the consultation; it is a normal request.
Are any of the facilitators therapists or medical professionals?
Several hold other credentials: a registered nurse, a social worker with an MSW, a certified life coach, a bioengineer. Those backgrounds come with them as depth. When they facilitate, they work within Oregon’s facilitator scope, which does not include diagnosing or treating. If you want therapy alongside this work, your own therapist plus a facilitator who coordinates with them is the right setup, and Ayeterra’s facilitators will, with your consent.
Will the same facilitator be with me for everything?
Yes. Preparation, the session, the 72-hour check-in, and integration are with the same person. You are not passed to whoever is available.
What if I want to work with someone in Ashland rather than Portland?
Say so. Ashland currently offers one-on-one sessions and the two-session program with Patrick, Michelle, or Aaron. Group and low-dose formats are Portland-only for now.
Is Jess a facilitator?
In training. Jess has completed her facilitator training and is finishing licensure; until the license is issued she supports Ayeterra’s group sessions alongside a licensed facilitator and does not lead sessions. She also does outreach in California and Vancouver, Washington. Every psilocybin session happens in Oregon, at a licensed service center, led by a licensed facilitator.

Ayeterra provides legal psilocybin facilitation in Oregon through facilitators licensed by the State of Oregon, under Oregon’s regulated psilocybin program. These services are not medical care, psychotherapy, or a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a licensed medical or mental health professional, and anything we share is general education, not medical advice. Psilocybin is not right for everyone: participation is limited to adults 21 and over and involves screening. We do not promise specific outcomes, and experiences vary. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988. Psilocybin services are not a substitute for crisis care or treatment.
