Aaron Hiking Multnomah Falls with His Dog, Biscuit

Aaron is a kind and supportive facilitator who specializes working with people who have endured trauma, mental illness, or dealing with anxiety and depression. Being a part of a military family, he has a deep respect and specializes in clients who have served in the military as well as first responders.  His experience as an athlete who has suffered traumatic brain injuries (TBI) as well as being physically assaulted, has taught him valuable lessons about patience, diligence, and forgiveness as well as his 15 years of holistic wellness practices.

Aaron has a medical science background, graduating with a B.A. in Bioengineering from Oregon State University, and contributed to peer-reviewed journal articles in health and wellness.  He uses a combination of eastern and western medicine in his practice and is also a Level 1 Certified Recovery Coach and helps those dealing with addictions that range from behavioral, impulsivity, and substances.

He is a strong believer of science, and also knows that meditation, yoga, and breathwork can be crucial during a journey to help ground the mind and alleviate any anxiety or stress of the unknown.

Aaron is committed to supporting his clients for the best possible experience, which starts with the preparation work and continues long after their session. He offers three integration sessions after the journey and is happy to schedule as many preparation meetings as needed before the journey so that clients feel supported, respected, and confident at each step of the process.
